Ashish Chawla
Ash earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Australian School of Petroleum - University of Adelaide. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil industry working. Ash started his career working for Baker Hughes providing technical and commercial services in various business units and specializing in the areas of offshore Well Operations, Drilling and Completions and Operations Readiness.
Ash also held technical roles with various oil and gas operators before founding D&C. Ash also chairs the Queensland chapter of Indian Australian Strategic Alliance.
Ayesha Puri
Ayesha (Shweta) completed her Masters degree in Accounting from The University of Adelaide
Ayesha is a member of CPA and handles all the matters relating to finance and accounts for Drill And Complete.
Jimmy Soni
Jimmy is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in fabrication, construction, design, code compliance, engineering and project management on various projects across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Asia and Europe. Currently, Jimmy is seconded to Rio Tinto Alcan Yarwun (RTAY) Optimisation Project as a Senior Engineer.
Raman Dhanda
Raman has over 10 years of diversified experience in the Construction and Petroleum Industry including Log interpretation, Stimulation design with GOHFER/FracPro modelling, designing the stimulations based on Diagnostic fluid injection testing analysis (DFIT). Raman has a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering.
